Weigh the banana after peeling. Stir separated oil back into the peanut butter before weighing. Use plain skyr without flavourings. Honey, granola and extra nuts are not included and would change the calculation.

Method

  1. Put a bowl on the scale and tare it. Weigh in 200 g plain skyr and gently level the surface with a spoon.
  2. Peel the banana, weigh 100 g of the edible portion and slice. Arrange over the skyr or stir in if you prefer a mixed texture.
  3. Stir the peanut butter in its jar. Weigh 15 g and spread over the bowl. Mix it with a teaspoon of the already-weighed skyr if you need a more spreadable texture.
  4. Serve immediately as one portion. If preparing ahead, cover and refrigerate according to the skyr label; add banana just before serving for the best appearance.
  5. If substituting yogurt for skyr or adding granola, use the new label values and weigh additions. An unmeasured spoonful of peanut butter can differ substantially from 15 g.

How we calculated it

Ingredient energy = weight in grams × kcal per 100 g ÷ 100. The sum covers the whole recipe, which makes one serving. Card energy is rounded to 10 kcal and protein to a whole gram.

298.95 kcal → ≈ 300 kcal · 25.15 g → 25 g

The calculation covers one whole serving using the listed labels and weights. Values depend on your brands; calculate substitutions and additions separately. This is an ingredient calculation, not nutrition inferred from a photograph.
